Are You a Canadian Health Worker Who Struggled at Home While Politicians Took Sunny Vacations? Send Us Your Stories.
Are you a frontline health worker who struggled through 2020 and made sacrifices over the holidays to keep your community safe from COVID-19?
A number of prominent Canadian politicians have been caught vacationing in sunny locations like Hawaii, St. Barts and Palm Springs in the middle of a deadly global pandemic.
In Ontario, Doug Ford’s finance minister recently resigned after taking a luxurious trip to the Caribbean while in Alberta, Jason Kenney has refused to take any action against his minister in charge of the vaccine roll-out sneaking away to Hawaii.
Since then, several more of Kenney’s MLAs have been caught vacationing outside the country at a time when millions of ordinary Canadians stayed home and made sacrifices over the holidays.
