Two new towers will soon rise above Yonge and Gerrard Streets, as the Cresford Development Corporation starts work on the YSL Residences on the southwest corner.

YSL Residences is a massive development at 363-391 Yonge St. and 3 Gerrard St. E. that will eventually consist of two towers of 62 and 73 storeys, housing 1,106 dwelling units – connected by a sky-bridge 51 floors up – along with retail and office space.

The project sits adjacent to the Ryerson University Campus, and is not far from Allan Gardens, the Hospital for Sick Children and the Toronto Eaton Centre.
