This recent season of The Bachelorette may have come to a close, but one contestant's journey to find love isn't over yet.

Canada's Blake Moynes hasn't given up on finding his partner and hopes that 2021 will be the year he meets his person.

The 30-year-old from Hamilton, Ontario made a big impression on Bachelorette Tayshia Adams and captured the hearts of viewers with his fun-loving, adventurous attitude.

Sadly, his relationship with Tayshia came to a close when he was sent home during episode 10.

Blake chatted with Narcity about his experience on The Bachelorette, the world of dating, and all things Canadian.

Did being Canadian make the experience different for you?

After the first week, Blake was the only Canadian contestant on the show.

'I think, for Canadians, we see Americans very similar to us," he said.

"But for Americans that have never been to Canada, they see us like... using dog sleds."

While he didn't feel that being Canadian made things different for him, he laughed about a few moments where he got called out.

"I would say, 'eh' or hockey-type phrases," he recalled, mentioning that sometimes the group wouldn't understand certain words that he used.

There were also jokes about him "cutting down a palm tree looking for maple syrup."

"Little fun jabs but nothing serious," he said.
